Job Description:

  • Develop and execute social media operation strategies to increase our brand awareness and social influence;

  • Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Reddit, Twitter, Youtube, Ins, Facebook, etc.;

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to carry out various social media cooperation projects;

  • Monitor and analyze social media data and provide optimization suggestions;

  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices and continuously improve social media operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related fields;

  • More than 3 years of experience in social media operations, familiar with social media platforms such as Reddit, Twitter, Ins, Facebook, and familiar with media placement;

  • More than 3 years of experience in international product marketing, with priority given to TO C education, service-oriented, platform-oriented, ACG products, or social products;

  • Familiar with organic community growth methods and able to attract and retain users;

  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship building skills;

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills;

  • Able to work independently and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment;

  • Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

Influencer Operations Manager
