Strategy Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Strategy Product Manager with experience in designing viral, distribution, and task systems, as well as a deep understanding of the ecosystem of overseas application development. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully launching products and driving user growth through innovation and effective strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention

• Design and implement viral systems to encourage user sharing and growth

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product launches

• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement

• Work closely with overseas teams to ensure products meet local market needs and preferences

• Manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

• 3+ years of TO C product management experience, with experience in designing and implementing viral, distribution, and task systems

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide product decisions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations

• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user behavior and psychology

Product: User Experience Design

Responsible for designing and developing high-quality user experiences to improve our product quality and user satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the user interaction experience design of the product, including interface design, user flow design, interaction design, etc.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure consistency between product technology implementation and user experience

• Analyze user needs and market trends, provide optimization suggestions and new feature designs

• Responsible for product testing and launch to ensure product quality and stability

• Monitor and analyze product data, provide optimization suggestions and improvement plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• 3+ years of product management or related work experience, with a focus on user interaction experience

• Familiarity with knowledge and tools in fields such as user research, user experience design, and interaction design

• Good communication and interpersonal relationship building skills

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
